In 2016, I embarked on a journey that would eventually shape the direction of my career and business. It was the year I was introduced to Actionstep, a legal practice management software that promised to streamline operations and make managing a law firm more efficient. Little did I know, this introduction would ignite a passion in me that would lead to a whole new chapter of my life.

I owe a great deal of gratitude to the business owner who granted me full access to the platform, allowing me to learn and grow in ways I hadn’t anticipated.

As I became more proficient, I started customizing workflows for the firm, improving team processes, and creating documentation to ensure everything ran smoothly. I saw firsthand how Actionstep could be tailored to fit the unique needs of a firm, and I quickly fell in love with its versatility. The Birth of JNB Exectant
However, my entrepreneurial spirit was calling. After years of refining my skills and gaining in-depth knowledge of Actionstep, I decided it was time to take the leap and start my own business. In 2020, I founded JNB Exectant, a business process outsourcing (BPO) firm, and pursued Actionstep certification to formalize my expertise.
Becoming an Actionstep Expert
Becoming an Actionstep Certified Consultant was a significant milestone for me. It was the culmination of years of self-study, hands-on experience, and a genuine love for the platform. At JNB Exectant, we now offer comprehensive support to law firms, helping them harness the full potential of Actionstep to streamline their workflows, automate processes, and ultimately improve their efficiency.
