MEET THE FOUNDER
Rey Dimalaluan is the CEO, owner, and founder of JNB Exectant, a Filipino-owned BPO and offshoring company based in the Philippines.
Her journey did not begin in a boardroom. Rey’s first job was as a pantry kitchen crew trainer at Jollibee, where she learned the importance of consistency, standards, teamwork, and quality under pressure. Those lessons became the foundation of how she leads, builds systems, and trains people today.
Over the years, Rey built her career across customer service, executive assistance, legal administration, intellectual property support, systems management, process improvement, Actionstep consulting, project management, recruitment, and offshore operations.
She has worked inside businesses where tasks were scattered, processes were unclear, and owners were overwhelmed. She saw the same problem again and again: people were working hard, but the work itself was not structured.
That became Rey’s strength.
She learned how to bring order to complexity by building workflows, improving systems, training teams, documenting processes, and making operations easier to manage.
JNB Exectant was created from that experience.
What started as Rey’s commitment to provide reliable support has grown into a team of 20+ employees serving businesses that need more than just another VA.
